You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another person or entity, and that you are not using funds obtained through illegal means. You must not be subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk betting strategies, or collusion with other players, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and potential permanent Account closure. kuda46 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse patterns.
All bets placed on kuda46 are subject to acceptance by our system. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts without providing justification. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in cases of obvious error (palpable error clause). Settlement of bets is final and binding, subject only to correction of clear errors.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or league. When suspicious activity is detected, kuda46 may freeze your Account and Balance for up to thirty (30) days while conducting investigation. You must cooperate fully by providing requested documentation. Failure to cooperate may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
In cases of serious Terms violations, including fraud, multiple Account creation, bonus abuse, or use of the Platform for money laundering, kuda46 may permanently close your Account and forfeit all remaining Balance. This decision is final and non-appealable.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire Balance (subject to meeting any applicable wagering requirements). Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened. Personal data will be retained as required by applicable regulations.
Account closure does not discharge you from any outstanding obligations to kuda46, including unpaid debts, chargebacks, or pending investigations. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover amounts owed.
